After three years of writing, refining, and soul-searching, singer-songwriter Tara Formosa is set to release her highly anticipated EP, confessional. Funded by Arts Council Malta, this collection of songs marks a defining moment in her artistic journey, setting the stage for the music she will unveil in 2025. Featuring three songs titled: ‘confessional, ‘me, myself and I’ and ‘greedy for your eyes.’
Inspired by raw emotion, personal revelations, and sonic storytelling, confessional is more than just an EP, it’s an intimate experience. From contemporary pop ballads to dark electro indie, each track invites listeners into Tara’s world, where vulnerability meets strength, and confessions are turned into art.
“With confessional, I wanted to create something honest and unfiltered, music that feels like a conversation, a diary entry, a late-night revelation. This project has been three years in the making, featuring 3 songs written between 2022 and 2024, evolving with me as an artist and as a person. Now, I’m finally ready to share it with the world.”
