Marking a pivotal moment for Deep Sea Arcade, ‘No Direction’ is a bold, groove-driven return co-produced and mixed by Jay Watson (Tame Impala, Pond). What began as an online conversation about Beatles microphones and fuzz pedals evolved into a cross-country recording project between Sydney and Perth.

Frontman Nic McKenzie reflects:

“‘No Direction’ is about standing at a crossroads—whether with lovers, friends, or even our past selves. It’s about the courage to embrace change.”

As the band gears up for a massive year, they’re currently in the studio finalizing their third album, with more music to come soon. In the meantime, they’ll be hitting the road this March for an East Coast tour supported by Milou Moon, a Chicago/ Naarm-based psych artist bringing dreamy textures and hypnotic grooves.
